Project: Provide and help design the complete mechanical system of the new 23 storey downtown office building.

Scope:The Derksen Group was awarded this 34.0 Million dollar project for the complete mechanical systems from PCL Constructors. This tower will be home to over 2000 employees. This Platinum LEED building including 21 stories of office space, a state of the art Geothermal Heating System, 22 stories of a million feet of in-floor heating, five waterfalls as large as 6 stories high, and multiple retail spaces.
