Project: Provide the complete mechanical system for the new 3 storey building connected to the existing Health Sciences Centre complex via the basement and penthouse.

Scope:The Derksen Group was awarded the $21.9M contract by PCL Constructors for the complete mechanical system. The project involved new operating theatres, emergency and intensive care units. The building also includes a central processing department, diagnostic imaging and burn unit for both adult and pediatric care.
