Project: Addition of 14,600 sq. metres of new building and 3260 sq. metres of renovated building in Brandon, Manitoba.

Scope: The Derksen Group was awarded the $10.1 M contract by PCL Constructors. The project involved constructing the new building first, then after the hospital relocated their staff and equipment, renovating the existing building. Project completion was in 2004.
