Project: Renovate a 100 year old Nurses Residence into offices and class rooms also added on a new teaching kitchen for the culinary arts building in Brandon, Manitoba

Derksen Group Involvement:

Scope: The Derksen Group was awarded this 1.2 million dollar contract by A. Akman & Son for the complete renovation of the 100 year old Nurses Residence. This project involved new air quality control as well as a new chilled water cooling system throughout the building. This project was compressed into a 9 month schedule and was completed in September of 2007.
